Approach

Useful first. Then bigger.

We work with owners and operators of established businesses, typically 10 to 150 people. Each service below is written twice: once plainly, once for whoever evaluates the technical details.

01
Opportunity assessment
We find the work worth handing to an agent, and the work that isn't.
Process walkthroughs, volume and exception sampling, data-access review, risk classification.
02
Custom agents
Agents designed for one job in your business, with your rules.
OpenClaw agents with scoped skills, tool permissions and per-workflow policies.
03
Internal knowledge
Answers from your own documents, with the source shown.
Retrieval over approved document sets with citation, access scoping and refresh routines.
04
Integrations
Connected to the tools you already use, where they allow it.
API, webhook and channel integrations (email, Slack, Teams and others), verified per system during discovery.
05
Workflow automation
The hand-offs between steps happen reliably.
Triggered workflows, queues, retries and idempotent writes with audit logs.
06
Human review
People approve what matters, with the context to decide quickly.
Approval gates on outbound messages, money, pricing, safety and sensitive data; escalation routes.
07
Testing
We check it against real examples before anyone relies on it.
Scenario suites from sampled historical cases, exception cases, regression runs before changes ship.
08
Training & support
Your team knows how to work with it, and who to call.
Role-based training, runbooks, and support under a handover or managed-service agreement.

The engagement path

  1. 01

    AI Opportunity Blueprint

    Typically 2–3 weeks

We review how work actually flows, prioritize opportunities, recommend one pilot and outline a roadmap.

Prioritized opportunities · Pilot recommendation · Roadmap

  2. 02

    Workflow Pilot

    Typically 4–8 weeks

One scoped workflow, built and tested against your current baseline, ending in an honest go / no-go.

    Working pilot · Baseline comparison · Go / no-go

  3. 03

    Rollout

    Scoped after the pilot

Hardening, broader deployment and team training, with review points kept in place.

    Hardened deployment · Trained team

  4. 04

Own it or we run it

    Agreed during discovery

A documented handover to your team, or ongoing operation and improvement by us.

Handover package · or managed service

Planning ranges, not commitments. Actual timing depends on scope, access to systems and integration complexity.

What a pilot is measured against

Your own current baseline, for example, how quickly requests are answered today, or how often records need correcting. We agree the measures before the pilot starts and report the result honestly, including a "no-go".

What you pay for

Our design, implementation and support services. Hosting, AI model usage and other third-party software may have separate costs, which we identify during the Blueprint.
